Delivery
As all KAINUI pieces are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3 business days from dispatch.
We ship to the UK, the European Union, and most international destinations.
KAINUI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once dispatched. All prices include applicable taxes (shown at checkout) but exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
EU customers may be subject to additional customs fees or duties post-Brexit; please check with your local customs office for details.
Returns Policy
Because each KAINUI product is made to order, we accept returns only for faulty items. You may return a faulty product within 30 working days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
