UK Delivery

Good things take time especially when they’re made just for you. Every KAINUI piece is made to order, so please allow up to 5 working days for us to create and pack your garment with care before it heads your way.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped for delivery.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information and requires reshipping, an additional fee will apply

Deliveries to EU Countries

For EU orders under €150 (excluding taxes and delivery), all taxes and duties are paid at checkout, so what you see is what you pay. No surprise fees at the door. We take care of all the official bits so your checkout stays smooth and stress-free.

Heads up:

EU orders over €150 may be charged local customs fees and taxes on arrival.
EU orders under €150 won’t be charged local customs fees.

International Delivery

Our planet-friendly, made-to-order process means your KAINUI piece needs up to 5 working days to be crafted and packed before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your KAINUI piece but if it’s not your perfect match, no worries.

A few little notes:

Items must be unworn and unwashed.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Items sent back without approval can’t be accepted.
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.

As a small independent brand, we can’t offer free return labels just yet but if you go for an exchange, we’ll send your replacement back to you on us.
