Returns & Exchanges
We hope your KAINUI piece becomes a forever favourite but if it’s not quite your wave, that’s okay.
To start a return or exchange, email us at:

with your order number and what you’d like to do next. We’ll send you the return or exchange details from there.
As a small independent, planet-minded brand, we’re unable to offer free return shipping labels. However, if you choose an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item back to you free of charge. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
A few important bits:

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t right, damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered let us know straight away so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 working days for processing once the item is checked.

Your bank or card provider may take up to 5 additional working days to display the refund.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
